Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to initiate a return instead.

Yes 🤍 We offer authentic Carter’s baby clothing. While Lita Baby Shop is not an official Carter’s retailer or affiliated with the brand, all Carter’s items available in our shop are original products carefully selected for quality and comfort.

How do I choose the right size?
We use standard sizing based on Carter’s measurements. Age ranges are only a guideline — we recommend choosing the size based on your baby’s weight and height for the best fit.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene, safety, and the boutique nature of our store, our return policy is strict. Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and must meet our eligibility requirements. How do I initiate a return?
To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@litababyshop.com. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Can I exchange items instead of returning them?
We offer exchanges for size only, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges. Please contact us before sending any item back to ensure proper processing.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes 🤍 We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120 CAD within Canada. Orders under this amount will have shipping fees calculated at checkout.
