Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping

We currently ship within Canada.
Delivery times typically range from 2–8 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping timelines depend on the carrier, which is a third-party service provider independent from Lita Baby Shop. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Lita Baby Shop is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $120 CAD within Canada.

Orders under $120 CAD will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene, safety, and the boutique nature of our store, our return policy is strict.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be returned within 7 days of approval.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Gift boxes cannot be returned once opened.
Final sale items are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for size only, subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
